Mayor Julian Castro, of San Antonio, Texas, is seeking to close exemptions o the city’s existing smoking ban. San Antonio is already 97 percent smoke-free, and according to the latest CRA Action Alert, “restaurants with enclosed smoking sections and separate ventilation, bars, pool and bingo halls and comedy clubs are exempt.”
